Thermo Scientific model 1375 biosafety cabinet

Includes testing and 90-day warranty

LIST PRICE: $10,000

Thermo Scientific 1300 series bio safety cabinets feature advancements in brushless DC motor technology for dramatically improved energy efficiency, safety performance and reliability. These DC motors improvements result in reduced energy costs for your lab, increased reliability, reduced air conditioning costs, and optimized environmental protection. Furthermore the night-set-back mode saves energy while maintaining a clean work area. When the front sash is closed, the intelligent speed control automatically reduces blower speed to 30%, extending HEPA filter life and ensuring a sterile working environment even when the cabinet is not in use. This reduced flow mode uses 75% more energy efficient than similar features on other biological safety cabinets. The 1300 Series A2 bio cabs employ a unique airflow system that raises safety and containment to a new level. Independent supply and exhaust blowers automate balancing of downflow and inflow/exhaust velocities to ensure continuous safe working conditions.

The Thermo 1375 bio safety cabinet also features a front slope of 10° for enhanced comfort and reduced operator fatigue. Reduced noise level enhances the attention and allows user to focus on work without distraction while the large, unobstructed work surface increases productivity and safety. The flat, single-piece stainless steel work tray supports ease of cleaning. Comfortable Armrest Armrests sit just above the intake grill to enable farther reach inside the cabinet while maintaining safe airflows.

So if you’re looking for a Thermo 1300 series biosafety cabinet please give us a call or email today. Our technicians test each bio safety cabinet to make sure that the controls and blower motor work properly. Unless otherwise specified all bio safety cabinets come with new HEPA filters installed by our technicians at our facility prior to shipment. Our testing procedure includes all the elements of a bio safety cabinet certification in order to insure that the unit will pass certification once it is at your site. Thanks!

Sakura AccuCut SRM300LT manual microtome

Sakura AccuCut SRM300LT manual microtome

If you’re in the market for a microtome, look no further than the Sakura AccuCut SRM300LT. This unit has a patented multi-colored LED backlit chuck to illuminate paraffin embedded tissue samples making them much easier to see and safer to section. The backlight increases contrast between specimens and paraffin so users can see exactly where the tissue is located to prevent cutting through a small biopsy or previously sectioned block. The Accu-Cut SRM 300 LT features a 3D Precision Chuck for accurate alignment of the block face to the blade on all three axes (XYZ), which is crucial for recuts. The sturdy chuck retains its position when locked and unlocked, eliminating any time and effort spent realigning the cutting angle. The 3D Precision Chuck can quickly and accurately be returned to a zero position with the dial indicators. Click here for pictures, a video, and more specifications.

American Instrument Exchange has partnered with 4E’s USA to offer brand new high quality, advanced laboratory equipment designed for research and medical applications.

4E’s overhead stirrers are modern, robust, and intelligent. We manufacture 3 models to match your sample size and viscosity. Each stirrer is supplied with all components needed for operation. The through shaft design allows for adjustable impeller height and securely attaches the implement to the high-end brushless motor. The bright display alternates between the set speed and the actual speed to provide real-time process feedback.

4E’s USA Overhead Stirrers were designed with our engineering team working closely with customers mixing emulsions, suspensions, and water and oil mixtures. These stirrers use advance controls to provide constant mixing speed through low and high viscosity solutions. Whether you are working with polymers or polyphenols 4E’s USA stirrers were designed to exceed expectations.

4E’s USA

4E’s USA has multiple safeties built in for the operator and the device. If the unit detects excess torque a proprietary overload safety kicks in. There are also auto cut off and temperature sensing circuits for additional protection. The intuitive interface has easy to read codes and an audible alarm for fault detection and diagnosis.

These overhead stirrers come in 20L, 40L, and 60L capacities, with adjustable speed ranges from 50rpm to 2000rpm. The speed can be adjusted in increments of 10rpm with an accuracy of +/- 1%. The max torque on the shaft ranges from 20 to 60 Ncm.

So if you’re looking for an overhead stirrer – or several overhead stirrers! – please visit us at www.americaninstrument.com to view our current inventory. You can also call or email us anytime for information on pricing or with any other questions. Thanks!
