Mettler Toledo XP6U microbalance

Thermo Scientific model 1305 biosafety cabinet
The Thermo Scientific model 1305 delivers excellent comfort and ergonomics with a high efficiency design reducing operating costs up to 75% over traditional biological safety cabinets with AC motors. The sloped front, bright workspace and low noise levels contribute to maximum comfort, safe working habits and increased productivity. Real-time airflow measurements and adjustments ensure inflow and downflow velocities remain stable. The pressure sensor filter monitor measures total airflow across the working area. The cabinet width is 4 feet. Sash opening is 8 inches with a maximum opening of 21 inches. Class II Type A2, includes stand and new HEPA filters.
Beckman Coulter Avanti J-15R Centrifuge
The Avanti J-15R Centrifuge from Beckman Coulter combines the strengths of both the Avanti floor model and Allegra benchtop centrifuges for a powerful, compact high performance benchtop centrifuge. It is an all-around solution for your scientific needs: cell culture, transfection/transduction, nucleic acid purification, blood processing, assay set-up and more. These centrifuges use ultra-harmonic technology, which leverages intelligent acceleration and deceleration profiles, reduces sample disturbances and provides time savings. The Ultra Harmonic Technology optimizes sample separation by reducing the net changes of forces to the sample, maximizing the amount of specimen presence in the pellet, and reducing the presence of contaminants or unpelleted materials in the supernatant. It also optimizes time by implementing faster acceleration and deceleration profiles without compromising on sample quality.
Thermo 3310 SteriCult CO2 incubator
The Thermo 3310 SteriCult CO2 incubator is ideal for cell culture work. The Thermo 3310 SteriCult features integral 140°C high-temperature sterilization function that simplifies cleaning protocols and optimized airflow system that does not interfere with samples or incubator function, as well as in-chamber HEPA air filtration continuously removes particulates for Class 100 quality conditions. The Thermo 3310 allows users to carry out high-volume culturing with strict contamination controls. The on-demand 140°C sterilization cycle eliminates contamination from internal surfaces and an audible alarm activates if outer door is opened during the cycle or if temperature reaches 60°C (140°F) or greater.
VirTis Genesis 25L SQ Super ES-55 pilot lyophilizer
The VirTis Genesis 25L SQ Super ES-55 pilot lyophilizer with five top-down hydraulic stoppering trays can be used to lyophilize and stopper multiple vials under vacuum or freeze dry batch samples for bulk processing. This is a freestanding and mobile model with no hard installation required that allows for easy start-up and scale up from research to full production. The condenser has a max capacity of 25L and maximum ice condensing capacity of 12L per 24-hour period. The condenser can pull down to -45°C in 25 minutes or less while the shelf temperature can reach -40°C in 30 minutes or less. The single 1.5hp compressor run on MO89 refrigerant which is CFC free.
