Thermo Sorvall Lynx 4000 centrifuge
The Thermo Scientific Sorvall LYNX 4000 superspeed centrifuge has a 4L capacity and performance up to 68,905 x g. Advanced rotor innovations including Thermo Scientific Auto-Lock rotor exchange, Thermo Scientific Auto-ID instant rotor identification and lightweight and durable Thermo Scientific Fiberlite carbon fiber rotors that shorten run set-up time and increase rotor security. For real-time run monitoring and control via a smart device, download the Thermo Scientific Centri-Vue application. The fixed angle rotors for the LYNX 4000 are lightweight Fiberlite carbon fiber rotors with corrosion- and fatigue-resistance secures the rotor’s structural integrity. The Mettler Toledo AX26DR is a dual range balance with readability in the fine range of 0.002mg to 3.0g and a full range of 0.01mg readability to 21g capacity. This balance is electronic and features proFACT fully automated calibration technology. The draft shield doors can be engaged to move together or each door can be moved independently with manual/one-touch/motorized operation. The Mettler Toledo AX26DR also features touch screen and hands-off operation modes that allow users open and close the glass draft shields and/or zero the balance without touching the controls. FreeZone 12 Liter Console Freeze Dryers are designed for lyophilizing moderate to large sample loads or numerous small container batches. The console features a front viewing window, and interior space for a vacuum pump. The system removes a maximum of 8 liters of water in 24 hours and features brushed stainless steel and powder-coated steel exterior; stainless steel collector and coil; vacuum control/break valve; rear-mounted RS-232 port; automatic start-up switch for collector cool-down and vacuum pull-down; hot gas defrost and switch; and a retractable collector drain line. Caron cell roller-ready CO2 incubators are ideal for scale-up production of monolayer cell cultures and other large-scale cell culture applications with roller apparatus. This reach-in CO2 incubator is designed specifically for use with cell roller apparatus and is supplied with an easy-to-use ramp for roller installation. Warm rooms are commonly used to perform cell production runs with roller bottles, however, these basic rooms limit production output mainly due to lack of control of pH. Caron’s application-specific design provides precise and evenly distributed temperature and CO2 so production capacity is maximized.
